Abhyanga full body massage

A warm organic oil massage with head and abdominal massage, to support circulation and ease stiffness.
Shirodhara

Warm oil poured in a continuous stream over the forehead, paired with a calming head and face massage.

Currently, we do not accept health insurance. Payment for Ayurvedic consultations, treatments or products at our center should be made out-of-pocket or through your health savings account (HSA) or flexible spending account (FSA).
